Joe DeRosier

Joe DeRosier has been working with youth for most of his life; from coaching youth sports (elementary thru HS teams), refereeing, mentoring and providing leadership to everyone that he’s worked with. He has worked with Adidas & Nike specialty camps for almost 10 years and is activity sought out for guidance when it comes to youth athletics.
Over the last 10 years he’s been building the “Advantage Sports” brand and growing that company from a startup of only 6 players to over 350 players training year-around. His goal is to take what he’s learned with Advantage Sports and grow a brand new organization around the same philosophy! Take the time to really work with kids, build relationships that last and help them get to where they want to be. This is where you see life changing events start to happen with them and their families and that’s what we’re all about!
